Check in is typically at 4 pm. We do make exceptions up until 6 pm and whenever possible we are flexible with having people arrive early or mid- afternoon so that guests beat the traffic. Arrangements for an earlier or later time must be pre-arranged.
Although the check out time is noted as 11 a.m. we do our best to give people flexibility until early afternoon. Occasionally it can be extended until mid afternoon when requested. Prearranging is helpful for our amazing cleaning staff person.
Presently payment is by email transfer, cheque, or cash. We are working on an e-commerce platform at which time payment will be by credit card.

There are window air conditioners in two bedrooms of the farm house. The main floor of the farm house usually remains cool even in heat waves because of the masonry. Fans are available for the main floor. Although the cabins do not have air-conditioning they have 3 main floor windows which open and loft windows. Haven in the Meadow usually stays cool because of being tucked into the pine trees. Haven on the Hill-top often has a good breeze.
The farm house is heated and very cozy in the winter. There is a wood stove in the dining/living area and a masonry in the kitchen. There are new baseboard heaters that enable you to control the heat in all areas of the house including each bedroom.
Yes. There are quality propane heaters in Haven in the Meadow and Haven on the Hill-top. If heat is required, you have the ability to control the amount of heat in the cabins.
