There are window air conditioners in two bedrooms of the farm house. The main floor of the farm house usually remains cool even in heat waves because of the masonry. Fans are available for the main floor. Although the cabins do not have air-conditioning they have 3 main floor windows which open and loft windows. Haven in the Meadow usually stays cool because of being tucked into the pine trees. Haven on the Hill-top often has a good breeze.
The farm house is heated and very cozy in the winter. There is a wood stove in the dining/living area and a masonry in the kitchen. There are new baseboard heaters that enable you to control the heat in all areas of the house including each bedroom.
