Soulful Women's Wellness Retreat June 19th - 21st, 2026

Summer Solstice Weekend Retreat for Women at Fells Meadows

The summer solstice is a threshold. It is the moment we step from the anticipation of summer into summer itself; the longest day, the turning of the light, the world opening wide.

And because it is a beginning, it is also an opportunity. How do we cross this threshold with intention? How do we enter the season not just swept along by its momentum, but grounded in what we actually want to carry through it?

As yang energy rises, the energy of action, output, and doing, this retreat asks us to bring its quieter companion with us too. The yin. The receiving. The being. The inner life that so easily gets left behind once summer picks up its pace.

In these times especially, balance will sustain us.

Held on the sacred, storied 100 acres of Fells Meadows, with its whispering forests, meandering trails, stone labyrinth, and sun-warmed yurt, we'll gather at this natural turning point to ask: how do we move through this season with our hearts, minds, and bodies intact?

Together we'll explore crossing the threshold with intention, setting a quiet and conscious tone for the months ahead. We'll find ways to balance the doing with the being, grounding ourselves so we stay rooted even when life is full. We'll return to the earth and let nature restore us. We'll nourish the relationships that make us feel held and secure. And we'll rest in the power of community, reconnecting with what is truly meaningful and how we want to be of service to it.
