- Spots for workshops and group retreats are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis based on the clearance of deposits and a successful intake phone call with the host or a representative of Fells Meadows.
- The host, facilitator or a representative of Fells Meadows has the right to not grant a place in the retreat based on their intake phone call.
- A 50% deposit for the retreat is due at registration. The balance is due one month prior to the retreat.
- Deposits are due within 48 hours of the intake call. If participants don’t send their deposit within 5 days, their spot may be given to another participant. We’ll do our best to get in touch with you to confirm we did not receive your deposit.
- You are eligible to receive your deposit back up until 2 months prior to the retreat minus an administrative fee of $50. Your final payment due a month before the retreat is non-refundable.
- Because these retreats are small and intimate, if there are complaints about a participant’s behaviour at the retreat or if the facilitator(s) feel that a participant is disrupting the group, the participant will be asked to leave.
- Provincial HST rates will be added to all fees for Canadian residents.
- There is a $50 processing fee for bounced cheques or missed payments.
- Tax receipts will be provided upon request.
- Should the retreat be cancelled by Fells Meadows, registrants will receive a 100% refund.
- Fells Meadows Farms Ltd, Leslie Fell, Gregory Peek and staff and volunteers of Fells Meadows do not assume any responsibility for injuries or accidents incurred on, or in transit to and from, this retreat. By agreeing to these policies, the client waves this responsibility, legal, financial and otherwise.
- Upon arrival at the retreat you will be required to sign a waiver (insurance requirement)
